Question re Qantas E-ticket Itinerary & Receipt

I need to change the dates on a booking on a Qantas international flight for Mrs SS who is attending a conference. This involves paying the change fee and an additional fare amount. I am wondering how itemised is the new receipt. Will the value from the old ticket be included or will the new receipt only show the new amount paid?

We had problems a few years ago when a voucher was used as part payment on a flight and yet the Qantas receipt completely omitted it and didn't include its value in the total paid. Endless conversations with Qantas only resulted in multiple resends of the original receipt.

From memory it will only show the additional charges, so you'll need both to claim the full cost.
