Sorry if this is obvious.
When a flight is a codeshare how do the booking class availabilities work?
eg. a flight i am looking at is a QF operated flight, but has codeshare with BA, Jet and Air France.
QF is showing all J/D class as zeros, but the BA code of the same flight is showing J9 D0. AF and Jet showing J0D0.
Does the BA flight number showing J9 indicate there are actually 9 (or more) J class seats (and no D class) still left on the aircraft (and they're BA's to sell)? If so, if/when do they get handed to other codeshare partners to try and sell?
Or does BA just have a coding gremlin?
