Query re VFF T&C's for 'Long Haul Flights'

AFF gurus, clearly I'm missing something (or something is missing).

The following link is to VFF's fare class earn rate and I can't find the reference to '8 - 'when operated by our Partner Airlines' in the T&C's at the bottom. Does anyone know what it is (or where I can find it)?

VIRGIN AUSTRALIA Travel with Virgin Australia and set your Velocity Points flying.

It is missing...

Not sure what it's supposed to be, but I believe you'll earn points & status credits for any partner-operated flight with a VA flight number based on the long-haul earn tables.

You should probably put this question to Velocity so they have an opportunity to update the website.
