QR to VFF points credit debacle

The TL;DR is that I flew 4 sectors, QR credited the first one right away and then nothing. A follow up by VFF ended in QR rejecting all other claims.

This is a complete farce. I flew MEL-DOH-FRA-DOH-MEL all booked through VA. The first sector was credited almost immediately (where it seems I received 100% bonus points instead of 50%). The second sector DOH-FRA didn't drop when I expected it (which would have pushed me to gold for my return leg where I was anticipating having the lounge in DOH for 4 hours).

Subsequently, the two return sectors didn't materialise either, so I put in a complaint to VFF. I supplied all boarding passes and eticket. VFF sent those off to QR and asked me to wait 3 days. That has just come and gone and now VFF have said QR has rejected all claims. VFF are now investigating and it'll be 4-6 weeks.

I've never experienced this before. For all the great service by QR at check-in and inflight, their admin seems like amateur hour.

QR customer service is very sub-par. I was told I would get a refund of exit row seat selection as the IFE wasn't working (11 hour flight) and they couldn't move me as no other spare seats. 18 months on and numerous follow-ups the end result is nothing from QR. (Credit card company wont refund as they provided the seat.)
