1K has about 5cm less legroom than 3K on the 777's

+1 and I have no interest in sitting together and prefer to sit foreword facing.

The things that interest me are wider bed, if that is true, and wireless charging, the rest

The biggest improvement would be fleet standardisation and fewer equipment swaps

1K is my go to if it’s available but otherwise any of the A or K seats suit me fine. They are all rear facing which is my preference plus you are closer to the window.

Reluctant to correct you, but isn't it the case that the odd numbered rows are rear facing and have the seat right next to the window, table on the right? Even numbered rows face forward with seat against the aisle.

Hate window seats and hate sitting cough about - so guess it will be B or J Tks for replies

Yes, odd numbers are rear facing and are next to the window., they are A and K
The even numbered ones are forward facing and closer to aisle, they are B and J

@Cruiser Elite , I think the bassinet seats are on the rear cabin bulkhead. But I can’t find something to be sure.

Yes they are - I selected 6J - last row in fore cabin.

Speaking of QSuite next gen, I believe it's debuting on the A350-1000 now because of the 777X delays. Rumours are it will debut on A7-AOJ, which went for its first engine run and taxi check last night.

I only ever choose the rear facing seats if possible. and don’t notice too much of a difference but for some reason I just feel more comfortable

I haven't really felt that different. Taxiing the first time was interesting, landing was good and takeoff I don't think anything was very different.

The lack of a shoulder strap was really nice though, much more comfortable.
