Roughly, yes. I see I actually have 34K in my account, after a recent redemption on GA.

Includes Accor Hotel stays (including a points transfer across from Accor+bonus, which is labelled as 'Accor Hotel Stay'), Car hire, WY flights, but not a prior Boost amount.

I just looked at buying Avios under the current bonuses, and its virtually the same cost as the 'boost', for me, either buying 75K in total or 150K.
