Hi all,

I recently booked what I thought was a Qantas flight from Tokyo to Sapporo through Webjet.
Turns out it was marketed as a Qantas flight but is actually Jetstar.
I entered my QFF number in Webjet when booking it but it doesn't show up in my Qantas account.
Furthermore, when I try to add the booking to my QFF account using the 6 letter code, Qantas doesn't recognise it.

Will I still earn points and SCs on this flight?
Any way to have Qantas recognise it?

Thanks!

Not unless it was booked with a add on pack (starter etc that gives FF points and SCs)

Even though on Webjet it was marketed as a Qantas flight right up until the ticket was issued?
The Jetstar flight was also there but cheaper.

Just tried this. I haven't ever used webjet so can't comment on what they display. These are the bundles offered by Jetstar - its Starter plus or a Max fare to get points and SCs. The Flex bundle doesn't give you them either. You can't select the plus bundle when booking with QF so would guess it's the same with webjet.

This is what I see when looking flights to DPS from BNE.
