My wife had her points expired a few months ago, I normally transfer them to my account as she doesn’t usually access the account, and doesn’t have any other earns other than when we fly o/s.

Has anyone had success trying to get the points back? I could really use them for a flight redemption.

Thanks in advance

They used to offer a reinstatement challenge, probably worth contacting QF for options.

There is an easy way to earn points and it is free... the walking app and despite no insurance - they get paid weekly and the points could be saved in future

If you buy petrol-diesel-gas and drive near a BP can link QF card (via web site - app) to BP. Then swipe QF card when purchasing. Not 100% sure but think its works with minor purchases from BP shop in addition to fuel. No minium spend.
Only need to do every 18 months. But if do at say 30 June (financial year) every year easy to remember.

Is an AFF thread ~ article on keeping QF point alive. Not hard to do.

Rang WP desk and they are going to enrol her in the 2500 points challenge in 6 months from 2 sources, as you say Woolies and BP should do it.
Really could have used the points right now though 😩

Is it "2 sources" or "2 or more sources"? Say 3 or 4 sources.
If you shop at WW 2000 EDR=1000 QF points should not be that hard. Fly or buy a lot of fuel or junk food from BP.

For keeping a QF account alive (18 months) with WW you need to collect 2000 EDR = 1000 QF points. May~would take several shops and dedication on activating boosters. BP is a single transaction.

As @tomlee1986 indicates, set her up with the Qantas Wellbeing App on their smartphone (I presume they have one).

Set the targets low and they will easily earn 10 or so QFF points a week (100 in first 30 days). Each point keeps their account active.
