Got an email this morning asking to call QFF about this request. I called, and Kate helped me. Her accent was not indicative of any particular call centre (that is, a different accent to one I'd expect in HBA, CPT,NAN, etc).
Kate said it was all confirmed, except for the last flight. So I asked her to check capacity on the next flight to BNE, 1hr later. That came back with availability, so it was all confirmed.
Kate took payment for the taxes (~$700 pp) and got our DOB and middle name details for APIS purposes.
I can see the trip in my phone app, but not in my trips on a web browser when logged in to my account. Points have NOT been deducted. Seats selected on all legs and all legs showing as Confirmed in the phone app.
I have since added our passport details through MMB on the website with the PNR and surname.
I have tried to add arrival address (there's an X showing in street number and name) to both passengers, but the data entry is not persisting. I've tried on phone and on the website.
How long should it take for points to deduct?
