QFF Mile or Status Points on Award Flight?

Hi, I read the T&C's for QFF as I am going on my first Award Flight with my wife from Sydney to Johannesburg and return (250,000 points) and was wondering if I earn Points or Miles? I'm suspecting not, but you never know your luck in the big bad world.

Speaking of mistakes, anyone got some good stories? My only claim is when I missed a connecting discount economy AA flight and had to have my ticket re-issued at the flight gate. Attendant accidentally re-issued ticket as a full-fare economy ticket, with associated SCs.
