QFF membership name change - how?

My only concern is that the booking we've made hasnt ticketed, just hoping the name isnt an issue.

I found that with an award booking, even though I spelled out the name I wanted on the ticket in full, they just pulled my name off the account when ticketing, so it doesn't match my passport. Hope EK don't mind.
