QFF Award CX flight confirmed and then wait listed, what are my next steps?

Do you have e- tickets starting with number 081- for all passengers as opposed to just an email?
Perhaps your flights were not ticketed in time?

Yes, I do. The points were deducted, taxes were paid, and e-tickets (081) were issued for all passengers, but the booking status is showing as “Waitlisted”
 
@tlam Please keep us abreast. I've got CX rewards for BNE > HKG in Oct 😬.

I had to use the call centre to book them though since the website kept erroring out (was doing a connection to TPE), hopefully they have a Midas touch 😅

So you had the same issue? Is your booking also showing as "Waitlisted"? If yes, what have you tried so far?
