Has anyone travelled on the new QF9 schedule. Trying to work out when to sleep and when to eat/drink?

Have done this flight several times now. Huge fan of the late lunch arrival into LHR. Agree with the others that an hour or two on DXB-LHR won't disturb your sleep on arrival.
Also a huge fan of QF10 arriving evening into MEL.
No issues with jetlag after QF10? Done the flight 3 times now, trying both to sleep and also not to sleep much on the DXB-MEL leg but still suffer from jetlag once in Mel.
