QF23 delay on 13/12/23

Anyone know why it's taken almost 12 hours for Qantas to fly Sydney to Bangkok today?

Well it left SYD quite late:

According to FR24 the flight left almost 3 hours late.

Flight time 9hrs (normal) but 3hr departure delay.
