I was on QF12 from LAX to SYD on Saturday, flight was delayed by a few hours due to a technical issue with one of the doors necessitating the re-arrangement of some passengers in Economy, then once onboard and taking off it was apparent the IFE was not working.
In fairness to Qantas, the CSM came around before landing and apologised and said Qantas was going to pop something in any FF accounts, and sure enough, 10,000 points were deposited this morning.
Hats off for being proactive and not just waiting for any official complaints!
