Arancini balls. Very different as a dessert and not well accepted at our table - most rated it as 2/10. I liked it with the hazelnut chocolate but I would have had sticky rice in the middle of the arancini balls

Finished up with a Galway Pipe Grandfather Port and coffee / hot chocolate. Ah, nice to relax at the end of a hard day and sad my time here is swiftly coming to an end. Normally I’d be here tomorrow but Aust Day celebrations call me.

Agreed, normally I go to the first 3 days except we had accepted to an Australia Day BBQ. But as usual, The Gabba brings a result. In under 5 days (average is 4)

I missed the whole day as I was talking flying with 2 pilots all day and only found out after the result was assured
