How is QF wine ever profitable?! They constantly stuff up orders. Either send the wrong wine or deliveries just don't turn up.

A few times they wine never turns up and then when it comes to replacing it they're inevitably out of stock, which is super annoying.

I know I'm not the only one to experience this with QF wine. I'd say about 50% of my orders have issues and QF wears the additional cost. Seems a much worse hit rate than other wine e-tailers.

I don’t order all that often, being in WA my orders take about a week to arrive, but I haven’t had a miss with any order.

I'm in Perth and quickest my order has ever been is about two weeks. Latest one is after 3 weeks and no wine they have no idea where my order is. Apparently collected from the warehouse but no scans, hence re-sending...but with a different champagne as what I ordered is now out of stock.

Just to offer another data point, this has not been my experience at all. I've never received incorrect items, and delivery has ranged between 3-5 days normally.

Looking at my order history, I've had 11 orders over about a 5 year period. Not a huge number, but a reasonable sample. So far no issues.

Serious question: Is it possible you have a porch pirate working your area?

I order regularly and actually have never had an issue - 7 orders last 2 years.

Sounds like you are a bit unlucky unfortunately....

This is a lot more common than people think. We have a video doorbell on our house its brilliant.

I don't believe this to be the problem. Would mean they're only targeting orders from QF wine. Additionally I work from home, so I'm here to receive deliveries. Additionally, the courier companies aren't claiming to have delivered. They just don't know where it is.

Replacement wine was sent on the 29th June. Still no sign of it yet.

Maybe the crook is someone in your local end of the delivery network? There was a case in Sydney a few years ago of a courier worker who was pinching items in transit. When police finally raided his place, it was described as an Aladdin's cave of stolen parcels.

It will be interesting to see if other forum members are experiencing the same as you, or whether it's an isolated problem.

I've had a few orders off and on. I do find their phone calls annoying but have blocked them now. There was a bit of a long delay to delivery earlier in the year but usually it's 3-5 days. Only had one mix up where there was a bottle short and they sent it quickly.

I received an email today to fill in a survey about Qantas Wine and receive 100 QF points.
OK then; but when you click the link you get

"Sorry, this survey is not currently active."

O well.....

More annoying for me was that I completed the entire survey and then the last page advised me "Unfortunately the survey has now closed"

I received the same. Have screen-shotted and will follow up if no points are paid.

I also got that survey and when I responded that I hadn't purchased any alcoholic beverage in the previous 12 months I was told 'not suitable',

I won't whine if I don't get any points because sending me the survey was pointless noting I'm teetotal.

I've bought from Epiqure/QF Wine for some time. The only issue I've had was one incorrect delivery of a more expensive case of Chardonnay. So I'm ahead.

Also got the survey and gave QF Wine a high rating.

Don't think I've ever had an order go missing or end up with the wrong product.

Even had a special case arrive one year when I hosted an AFF event and QF decided to help with the supply, alas, those years are gone ;)

Received an email from Qantas Wine this morning acknowledging a fault with the survey and confirming that points would be awarded. Good to receive this unprompted email from them.
