Seems the QF website is down - getting on for at least an hour now.

You can log in, but can't see your bookings. When you call 13 13 13 they can't do anything because their systems are down.

Makes web checkin rather difficult!

I'm glad its not just me! I logged in to check something, have ~5 active bookings and got:

No Qantas bookings are recorded against your Frequent Flyer membership.

I'm not trying to check in though, hope its fixed soon for you.

Yep, can confirm same. Looks like the res system has gone splat, hope its not having any impacts on Airport frontline.

As long as its fixed before 9am tomorrow I don't mind.

Lucky I checked my ADL flights this morning at T-80 to move forward.

Would hate to miss the opportunity to get a few rows forward of my SG booking time seats.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

You'd think with all the money they pay Amadeus that they'd be able to program the website so that when the reservations system is unavailable it says something that is not patently or most likely false! But then again, that would be an acknowledgement that they have a failing so perhaps it is par for the course.

There's such a long list of things you can't do online that doesn't seem to have changed in ages, that I get totally annoyed thinking about their laxidaisical attitude - and why does the damn website take so many clicks to do a check-in!

I logged in and went to "Your bookings" where I got the nyet message. I'm not at home so don't have access to any of my PNRs - wondering what happens if you plug your PNR into the QF site...does it show your booking but with no ref back to your FF number?

Anyone tried?

Anyone tried?

"Sorry. The site is currently experiencing difficulties. Please try again later."

Ahem - it is me who is experiencing the difficulties. Your comment is useless twaddle I already knew.

I use tripit.com to send all my reservations to so that I always have ticket and Confirmation numbers.

Works a treat.

Tried it, and no dice. She's dead jim.

That's a little uncalled for. The user asked, quite rightly, if entering the PNR & last name would retrieve the booking. This question was relevant as nowhere in the previous comments was it specified if anyone had tried that method.

Works fine for me going through MMB, and my QFF number is there!

Excuse my ignorance. I fly a heluvalot but don't realise I'm going through an MMB... what is it when I see it?

Sorry, on the home page, where you sign in, there is an option for Manage Your Booking (which used to be Manage My Booking - hence MMB, I guess I will have to call it MYB now!)

...and for what its worth I just moved myself from row 5 to row 4 on Friday :)

Lucky I am not the only one it was effecting. Trying to get a better seat currently on in row 15, currently T - 48. I hope someone gets an upgrade.

Interesting. I am experiencing the same issues as everyone else but if go through Manage Your Booking I can see all the details including select seats.

Maybe international is working.

I can't MMB/MYB even with a PNR...

Must remember to take my passport to Adelaide

Seriously though, all my bookings can be got through the Manage Your Booking bit, and they are all domestic.

As you wish. If you cannot understand the question, then it's not my problem. :)

I understand your question. I will spell out the answer slowly.

I tried it. It spat out a message. (the bit in quotes)

My response to that message follows it... (not my response to you).

Now, I was also helpful... or tried to be... by telling you what I find useful for keeping track of my PNRs...

got it?
