I don't use SYD T1 very often, can anyone tell me are there any QF service desk after immigration / near the gates which can let me cancel an award flight ? I know phoning them is an option however I do not want to wait... Also I might search and try to change to another award flight to save 2500 pts....
The reason is I have booked another flight the day before my award flight, and I want to cancel it if it goes ahead....
