Hi all,

First time poster so be gentle! I'm flying SYD -JNB (QF 63) on 7 Aug in Business. I'm keen to know what sort of seat I'll be in. I've scoured the forums, and there's a little mixed info out there! I am presuming the plane is not refurbished. There are 4 rows in the front section (I'm in seat 4f), so - probably an old bird? Any chance it could be an 'old' F seat? Or is it definitely a J seat Mark I?

Thanks in advance, friends.

Pete

Hi Pete,
Welcome to AFF :)
I'm not familiar with the type of 747 flying that route but below is the seat map from Expertflyer

If correct this means that you will be seated in a SkybedMark I in a refurbished Zone A 747-400

row 4 exists = "old" Skybed m1

Princess Fiona and Serfty, not what I was wanting to hear (!), but i really appreciate your prompt replies!

Thanks to you both,

Pete

Thanks, Serfty.

Noticed you said 'best downstairs'. Upstairsd are better if available? One or two might be on QF 64 (return)...
