QF reticketing partner award

I have an award ticket BNE-BKK JQ, BKK-MCT-IST WY. The last segment Oman Air had a slight time change and QF sent me a notification to accept changes. I accepted them and QF sent me a new e-ticket number. I went on Oman Air website to check it out and they are still showing the old ticket number. Is this going to be a problem? Last thing I want is to lose these flights when lots of people are driving from UAE to Oman to fly out. Oman Air has been operating normally, even adding extra flights to Asia and Europe.

To answer my own question, I finally had to call WY BKK office and they confirmed the ticket number is the new one. WY SYD and USA phones aren't picking up, I can imagine they are swamped. Honestly I am just stressed because of everything going on, just happy to have confirmed flights.
