QF POINTS AND PAY OPTION - SCs

Hey all

Recent booked a flight using points plus pay option on QF business - expensive use of points but it was to retain platinum

The booking tool said I would earn SCs at business rate

Just checked my statement and it says it was an award flight no points or SCs

Is this correct ?

No, it isn’t correct. You’ll need to contact QFF for them to amend the earn on your account

Thanks also noticed that the double SC promotion has been applied incorrectly

40 flexible economy from Wellington and double was 25

These sort of simple flaws truly infuriate me.
