Now imagine, the pax name is harder to read - like mine
the CSM takes a good 5seconds trying to pronounce the name, then another 5 seconds trying to sound the name, then only to ask you "how do I pronounce your name Mr. .... " followed by a long pause (and confused look in the eye) as I pronounce my name in its entirety. And they go "I would have never been able to pronounce that" and I go "yea, I get it" - awkward convo that lasts approx 2 minutes and by this time, the CSM is ready to move on to the next pax on the iPad list.
