Did you not see the image I posted? I don't care about the terms and conditions, there is no asterisk, arrow or other indication of any other conditions and no explanation of what an eligible flight is. This is deceptive advertising and I will be taking it to Consumer Affairs, even though it feels like a futile effort. I have to say what bothers me even more is how apathetic everybody seems to be to this and I wonder if you are all just cowed by the corporate might of the flying kangaroo or just AI bots?

You are barking up the wrong tree. For years DSC have been excluded from the 2400 bonus just like the 500sc loyalty bonus.

No point going to consumer affairs as it’s pretty clear!

This is what's posted in the app and online. No mention of not honouring DSC, only Eligible Flights (the same wording used when defining DSC conditions, which apply to attaining status). There's no asterisk or indication of other conditions applying. This is deceptive behaviour. If my business made customers offers without clearly pointing out the fine print, it would (rightfully) be vilified. Qantas needs to be held account and to the same standards small businesses are subject to. I've be Platinum since 2017, but this is the first time I've been able to exceed the 2400 mark. Honestly, I'm bloody disgusted..

Your. Image clearly shows the 2400 is from eligible flights. It makes zero mention of DSC (and partner flights for that matter). It’s very clear you need 2400 from flights

Have the terms of the Trade Practices Act changed such that companies are liable for supplying whatever the customer infers they are getting, regardless of any published terms and conditions?
