QF plane landed in SYD tailed by fire engines

Hey

As I was landing on DJ 887 I saw a QF plane being tailed by what looked like several fire engines as it taxied.

They escorted it out near the private jet area.

Any info

My friend was on that flight. Her FB status tells us it was Melbourne bound and they lost power in one engine because a bird flew into it.
