QF Multi City Rewards Option not showing

I am trying to search Multi City Rewards options but My Multi City page on both the app and a browser is only showing Qantas Choice or Flexible Fares. Does anyone have a solution?

Make sure you're logged in first and then select "Book with Rewards" (not "Book with Cash").

It sounds like you are using the phone browser? Try setting the page zoom/text size to the minimum allowed and the multi-city reward option will suddenly appear. You may also need to rotate your phone to landscape.

Well, I just learned something! I’ve tried to get a “desktop” type view of the multi-city on the phone many times and never thought to fiddle with the zoom!

Still, I’d only do it as a last resort. A tablet, laptop/desktop browser is a lot more user friendly!
