Just semantics, I know.

But apparently Qantas can take me to Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpar.

We might know it better as KUL and the home of MH, but Lumpur doesn't have an 'a' in it.

Of no specific consequence, but it doesn't look particularly professional.

Not just semantics, but indicative of a thoroughly unprofessional QF IT / comms team.

We've had reports of e-mails from 'Lesley Grant' with bizarre grammar and random capitalization (ie kiddie written drafts sent out), mis-spellings on web pages, links not working etc etc.

Yes they are all 0.75c per point and you'll get points and SCs back, but this just looks so much less appealing than the others.
