QF First to have Aesop Amenity Kit onboard and products in the F lounges

whenever I was in F I'd just try to make dine on demand happen (have dinner later or as soon as possible after take-off, bring all courses out at once, have breakfast as close as possible to landing etc).

Great they're "formalising this" . Because asking the same in J - tough!

On QF7 this week, they were still using the old amenity kits, but had Aesop in bathrooms & new menus.

Looks like they only loaded about 1-2 bottles of Bollinger — they didn't serve it on the ground, the FA 'found the bottle of it' somewhere in the back and the supply was exhausted after about two glasses among the few passengers who knew about it and requested it.

I won’t pretend to be an expert on amenity kits but this seems a marginal improvement at best. The case is certainly more practical, and I haven’t actually used any of the products yet.

PJs and (unfortunately) the headphones still the same as before. Hopefully that will change before too long.

I'm in the SYD T1 F Lounge now. This bathroom still uses the Lagaia products.

Yes! After CX’s partnership with Aesop ended I always wondered why QF didn’t swoop in given the obvious Australian connection.

Never really cared for the products from Aspar and LaGaia Unedited.

Will Aesop also take over the running of the First lounge spas?

I first encountered Aesop on CX so assumed it was a HK brand until I did some googling and was pleasantly surprised to learn it was actually from Melbourne.

having gone through the MEL and SIN F lounge in the last week, they are still using the old products in the bathrooms.

The press release doesn't mention any changes re products in the F lounges.
Looks like the magazine reported false information (at the time of printing)
