Probably a silly question, but if I purchase a QF return fare where, e.g. one leg is for Y Saver and the other leg is Y Flex, does the fare rules apply for each leg or does the most restrictive fare rules apply for the entire itinerary? I know it's the latter for most airlines, although I'm not sure on QF (and I might be blind when it comes to the QF website).

Domestic or international?

I feel like I've seen a blurb somewhere on the QF site when booking that the most restrictive conditions apply.

International. I think I read the same somewhere before as well, but can't find it now.
