Excuse me if this has been discussed elsewhere (I could not find the answer), this morning I had to book some quick flights PER-BNE for my partner, and when selected the flights it only gave me the option of Express Checkout which pre-filled with my FF details include me as the passenger. Was this always the case? The only way I seemed to be able to make her the pax was to login using her FF account number. There did not seem to be any option for 'non'-express checkout.

The normal checkout is still and has always been there - you should see a Continue button on the bar at the very bottom of the page.
