I booked a fare for friend from tsv-bne on qf site. As she doesn't have internet, I put down my email add.
When I opened the e-ticket receipt, it said there was an error and the written information comes out all gobbly gook.
She is a very nervy nellie and doesn't do much flying and for her to call Qantas and enquire re. another e-ticket receipt could turn into an undoable situation.
My question is, I'm thinking of calling up and acting like her and giving the booking ref. number and asking for another e-ticket receipt to be sent via email. Having read recently on the board, there has been airport ck.-in people asking for the e-ticket, I don't want to chance it for her. She is spaced out abt. the trip as it is and it's not until May.
Any thoughts? thanks again
