QF Double Status Credits February 2026 Promo

Here's a fun one - I booked a flight in Biz up to MNL during the promo (with some 'interesting' routing to maximise DSC). Had to change the dates (was meant to be next week, moved it to June), however due to a 'technical glitch' (sic), my work TA cancelled the DSC PNR and rebooked (new PNR) for the new dates and did a ticket exchange for the value.

Reckon I call QFF and asked them if they can apply the DSC to the new PNR since it was a 'technical glitch'? Talking about 760 SC vs 380 SC...
Doubt it, it’s a voluntary change in no way done by Qantas.

This maybe useful to some. I have just returned from a Singapore trip [six sectors]. I purchased the ticket during the double status credit promotion. A nice total of 900SC. Within a few days of my return, I received some of my DSCs but not all.
I spoke to Qantas, they said there is a glitch in the system which they are trying to sort. The remaining DSCs should be in my account no later than 8 weeks. They can manually add them but would not before the 8 weeks is up. Keep this in mind if your close to your current membership expiry date.

Still waiting for my Qlink DSC's back from a 14 MAR 26 flight

Has anyone called the customer service with any luck?
