Hmmm… booked for Dec using CR+ which is eligible for SC and DSC as I’m PCP+ but new SC program coming in later this year - I assume bookings made now will be “grandfathered”…

Yes. Depending on your anniversary date, could be until late next year or some are even trying to push 2028.

Either way, should be ok for the travel period of this promo.
