International business flights double SC credited 3 and 4 days after the flight. Not bad.

I got just now the 50% extra SC to South America as well. Last time I flew was Dec 2017, so a bit random.

I got it too. Likewise I haven’t been recently. I’m thinking it’s a teaser to book somewhere I haven’t been recently.

Got the same South America 50%. How many SC promotions will they run this year? o.o

I got both, 50% extra for South America and DSC for Singapore. Trouble is I've already booked my Singapore trip in the timeframe.

Int'l w/ Dom transit flight (Sat-Sun) credited midflight. DSCs posted Tuesday afternoon.

Mine usually post within 14 days. The latest offer was about 3 weeks ago, which I sadly missed, due to certain celebrations... I have a feeling that a new offer will be made.

Wanting an offer that covers a time period well beyond this offer and that provides DSC on sale fares for both domestic and international legs. Will be interesting to see what gets offered and when.

I used one of the GVs bought in the promotional period TO BOOK flights in March to fly this past week, DSC credited within 3 days.... can be happy the GV option stays open.

Also. On an earlier return flight booked during the period, and already flown, I received double SC for when I traveled one way and Triple SC for travelling in the other direction ! Bonus!

Flew to Cairns on Friday with return to Brisbane yesterday. Checked my app on the way home from the airport last night and DSCs had landed for both flights! Fastest ever.

Also got triple SC for an Syd-Akl flight bought using a GV. Hmmm
mmm indeed... I just looked at my app table again and it's actually 2 x scs dated 03/05 plus the scs with the Friday flight. Maybe that's a triple as well. I'll keep an eye on it and see if any land for yesterday's 06/05 flight.

So, just confirming... you bought a gift voucher during the promotional period (say 18-22 February) but did not book the actual flight until March (after the promotional period had expired). But because the travel fell within the offer's designated travel period (say 25 February to 31 August), you still got the DSCs? If so, it's great to hear that this still works, as Qantas seems to be tightening the rules around DSC offers generally.

As the flying window is still open for some offers before the tightened rules it’s far too early to know whether this is likely to continue.

DSC actually posted hours earlier than I expected early this morning for flights taken on Sunday.. so under two days. That was nice. :)

Yes,

I probably need to cancel a non refundable booking I made during a DSC promotion. I believe I'll get a credit voucher. Will this voucher have the same PNR as my original booking?

Yes, I did that recently and the credit voucher has an expiry of 25 February 2020, a year after the original booking date...
