What exactly are the requirements for a business enrolling into the QF Business Rewards program?

How much profit does the business need to be making, or is eligibility for this program only judged based on the valid ABN?

I've had a look at the QF website but got lost...

Very Basic, Have ABN - be GST registered.

There's a sign up fee i think, but you can get it waived pretty easily like the regular QF sign up through a bunch of different ways.
