QF Business class to use JAL Sakura Lounge at FRA ????

Is it true that Qantas Business class travellers can use the JAL Sakura lounge at Frankfurt ?
Qantas call centre advised this is the case.
Is there another better lounge we can use?
CX lounge at FRA is fairly basic.

Business Customers can use any oneworld lounge at the airport.

Business Customers can use any oneworld lounge at the airport.

Providing:

1. You have access to the terminal/location of the lounge. Some airports only allow passengers departing from the specific terminal to access.

2. The lounge is open at the time. Most lounges are only open a few hours before the departure of their own flights of flights of airlines who have contracted the use of the lounge. So check the lounge opening hours.

According to the OneWorld Lounge finder none of the lounges are open when QF5 leaves, so treat the times with suspicion:

Gives you an idea of whats available in terms of lounges if you have physical access and they are open.
