I am planning to book a Fully Flexible Economy ticket from MEL to Auckland using the QF website.
Fare conditions seem contradictory:
"Booking Changes on the day of ticketed departure:
"Cancellations (including no show)"
So, if I turn up late and miss the flight I cannot say "I would like you to put me on to the next flight". Instead I would have to say: "I would like to cancel my ticket for the flight on which I have been a "no show"" and then buy a new ticket on the next flight. Can this be correct?
By the way, the Business fare on this flight is more restrictive than Fully Flexible Economy - can this also be correct?
