Hi There,

I may need to book a OneWorld Explorer (through Qantas) in Business class and may have less than the 1 week required to book. It is in the rule sheet that you must book at least 7 days in advance before starting the first segment of this trip.

Does anyone know if this rule can be broken? Even if you are flying business?

Cheers,
BNESLSC

The Advance Purchase requirements that apply cannot be circumvented, however only applies to itineraries starting in North or South America (TC1)

If it is an ex-Australia booking then there is no advance purchase requirement since Australia is part of TC3

As Dave points out, the limitation does not apply. I have had numerous DONE4 issued within 7 days of travel.
