So does anyone else get the constant having to wait for a text to authenticate your Qantas login on the app or PC.
Especially when travelling in Asia it can take a long time for texts to come through if they do at all.
I understand and appreciate the need for Security... But couldn't this be achieved with a Bio metric solution.
Even if I was on the laptop, why can't I just open the app and use my fingerprint to authenticate, works for Paypal.
Also, why can't the Qantas app ever remember my Passport info for online check-in, sometimes it does then sometimes it forgets.
Qantas also can't remember my Avis preferred number.
I know my passport number off the top of my head but not the expiry date and this is frustrating.
If they want me to book Hotels, why can't they store my loyalty numbers for the hotels?
TripIt is also 1000% times faster and more accurate with updates to flight times and boarding gates.
