QF A330-300 orders

If the A330-300 is out for maintenance in Sep from PER-SIN, does that mean I will lose my row 23 bulkhead allocation?

the bulkhead on a 767 is also row 23.

Even when aircraft are out, only some of the flights are affected. You may get lucky and still have a 333.
