QF 130 Divert to Cairns

Noticed again yesterday QF 130 diverted to Cairns - the second time in several weeks. Does anyone know why ? Operational /medical ?

The Qantas Source website stated this was preplanned, implying that some travellers from mainland China alighted in CNS, perhaps as part of a group tour.

DElliott, just for your information, AFF has cancellation/ delay threads for almost all airlines operating within, into or out of Australia. Look under 'community resources.'
