Does anyone know the arrangements for Qatar (Oneworld) lounge access in Perth International (terminal 1)? Since the Qantas Business lounge in now closed, I can't seem to find anywhere whether there's lounge access available anymore (e.g. if travelling business class).

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I posted a response in another thread but can confirm too. Due to closure of QF INTL lounge and no other oneworld int'l lounges in Perth, Qatar business passengers with lounge access are being directed to Air NZ lounge (Star Alliance)! :)

Does anyone have any recent information?
I can't find any official confirmation of this anywhere.

Air NZ lounge, it’s pretty decent, step up from the old QF lounge

I assume this is the same even if flying first class Qatar from Perth?

Has anyone been in both the NZ lounge and the Aspire lounge prior to the QR evening departure? Any thoughts on which is better?

I've been to the Aspire lounge prior to a middle of the day JQ flight. It was nice and quiet but got the impression it gets busy in the evening with CX sending their pax there (and potentially someone else?).

So for a WP flyer on a rewards Y, am I correct in assuming that there is no lounge access in Perth T1.

I think they should give you a invitation to the NZ lounge but not 100% certain

I believe this is accurate. When I went I was a WP in J. The NZ flight was delayed though and the lounge was pretty full. I have a feeling they were denying entry to Y pax.

The lounge is nothing special.
