I recently flew to Cairo via DOH on QR. As is common these days, I got a survey afterwards. I do about 50% of these, mainly when I have a bad experience, but this one was good, and I let them know that.
What wasn't so common was that I got a 'Thank you for participating' e-mail back from QR Customer Care' (with a name). When I saw the e-mail I thought 'Goody, they've given me some Avios for being nice' - but alas, no
