Qatar Flight operated by JAL

Booked a Qatar flight Tokyo to Istanbul August Next year. Mostly for the Qsuite, have now receved the below email from Qatar.

So this will be a regular JAL seat. We paid more for the QATAR flight that JAL is now selling cheaper. Thoughts?

My understanding is that QR are stopping their daily HND-DOH service and this will now be operated by JL.
QR are still going to operate their daily NRT-DOH service so perhaps you could ask to be accommodated on that service if the schedule suits you and you are happy flying into NRT
