Yes, if it’s booked with a QR code and your QFF# is in the system.

Yes, the lounge dragons tried stopping us first time but relented after I asked to see management. At the time the Strata lounge was better and we ended up there shortly afterwards anyway.
Likewise on ADL they wi direct you to the Virgin lounge but of course your status would get you into the Qantas lounge

The taxes are slightly less from the AKL side ($338).

I have done this in this past iteration and no amenity kits or pyjamas were provided

Yeah, we paid for both trips as points just weren’t a good option.
Amenity kits and PJ’s not offered but you could always ask.
Food and service was fantastic
I’ve got my Qcredits I might try to use as they will probably go to waste this year otherwise
