Some of the fares from PER are amazingly good value for QF and even converted to a standard YASA - PER-ADL-PER is ~37K QFF (excluding points earn! )- whilst a classic award is 36K + $90 and no points..... hmm difficult choice!

I don't have status personally I was wondering if anyone has gotten JQ to price match Tiger for a flight leaving from the international terminal then go into the F lounge

This is done on a regular basis, although not so often these days. The last double F lounge run cost me $56 in total for both flights.

Yes I am so happy that QF has just reduced the airfare again!! I thought it would go up forever but it isn't. I will keep flying with Qantas!!

So where does enter the discount code on the booking? I have never noticed it.

I did a couple of searched and it didn't seem so cheap. There is a promo code box in the window I saw.

I am searching from the Home page using a real computer and there is no promotion code there.

I searched for the airfare and clicked on Start Again and still no promotion code.

Back to Home page and then search by departure airport and still no promotion code.

I must be blind as I have never seen a promotion code on the Qantas website.

Exclusive Flight Offer

So I need to click on "Go to Deal" form Ozbargain?

So is there anything to worry about booking with this promotion code? What if these are only QFF points airfares and not SCs?

Some of the flights I checked have the 20% discount. I am guessing one cannot use the Qantas gift vouchers with this offer? ;)

Who knows. It is obviously a offer meant for Qantas corporate folk....

It sells as a red e-deal and says it includes points and SC. It's pretty much the same prices that were available for the Australia wide sale that finished yesterday.

I am tempted to book flights as I missed out on the Australia sale...

EDIT: A google has uncovered this webpage https://blogs.monash.edu/timeout-newsletter/

Where it is mentioned
How to book: From Wednesday 17th April to Friday 26th April click the link below, enter the promo code and select your flights. Make sure you use your Monash email address in the booking to be eligible for these discounted fares.

While I am sure this code isn't exclusive to Monash staff I am a little concerned about booking...

The airfares I saw with this promotion code are 20% lower than the airfares under the previous QF sale.

I am a little hesitant.

It looks like this offer is for employees of selected corporate customers (for personal travel).

I received this the other day, and I am entitled to use it legitimately. However one of the conditions is to use my work email address as the booking contact. I am not sure whether this will be audited or not.

FWIW - It is only domestic, and limited to 30 day advanced purchase, so I don't know how much I will actually be able to use it before it expires.

New QF sale competing with today's VA announcement. Transcon fares;

PER-ADLvv $139
PER-MELvv $159
PER-SYDvv $179
PER-BNEvv $185

Travel 16 Jan to 30 April so it will not suit everyone.

Check qantas.com for all the other sale fares...

New QF sale....
They must have waited at least an hour after the previous sale ended before releasing this sale?

Patiently waiting for the $79 SYD-BNE airfares for October-November to be released again but somehow I think I missed the boat.

Those SYD and MEL fares are very much a rareity.

Looking at PER-SYD in J during those periods - $799. Decisions, decisions . . .

That is pretty awesome!

I booked myself some return tickets between CBR and MEL over the Australia Day long weekend. May as well get in early before everyone else does. A similar fare on VA already does not attract the sale price anymore!
