Why can’t that be done at T3 with the rest of the QF intl flights?

I don’t know. It’s very surprising that you have to deal with your own luggage during a terminal change when all on same ticket and outbound.
 
And no bus between T2 and T1 (or T3/4).
Rex or Virgin to any other.
Maybe as a Senior I should ask Perth Airport about assistance with my wandering.

There is a landside transfer bus between between the two terminal areas.
I don’t know. It’s very surprising that you have to deal with your own luggage during a terminal change when all on same ticket and outbound.

Is it when QF will transfer your baggage to other T1 airlines, EK for example (on a single ticket of course)
