Anyone get this email? Looks like one of the better amenity kit bags. Note it says "Oroton styled" :D

Qantas x Oroton Collaboration | Oroton Official Site - Founded 1938

[h=3]“Two iconic Australian brands have come together to celebrate the launch of the Qantas A330 Business Suite. Introducing the Limited Edition Business Sleep Collection amenity kit."[/h]
Qantas has welcomed Oroton onboard as the latest designer brand to create the airline's coveted Business amenity kit. The limited edition Business Sleep Collection amenity kit features a signature Oroton styled bag paired with exclusive ASPAR products by Aurora Spa. The unisex amenity kit has been designed to hold Qantas' signature Business pyjamas, eye mask, socks, toothbrush, toothpaste and earplugs comfortably inside.
Qantas International Head of Customer Experience & Creative Development Kylie Morris said the limited edition Oroton amenity kit was timed to celebrate the inaugural flight of the upgraded international A330 from Singapore to Melbourne. The Qantas Business Sleep Collection will be offered to customers travelling in the Business cabin from today on select Qantas international flights from Asia operated by the refurbished A330 aircraft.

That is a large amenity kit if it includes PJ's. Just checked our next QF flight in July and its a 747. :(

So how do they handle the various PJ's sizes? Are the kits prepacked or prepared to order? Or do we all get the same size?

I've only ever received Medium PJ's but clearly made for someone who is extra extra medium. HUGE!

The ones in the kit are all Large. If you want Medium, then the cabin crew will swap them for you.

These 'kits' are put together by a business that has a contract with Qantas and they package up whatever bits and pieces that can price up to suit. Not much rhyme or reason to it generally. I just want a decent toothbrush and a pack of tissues, neither of which are in QF kits. Wouldn't mind a Carmans muesli bar too

Screen grab from around 1min5 in the promo video and 10 seconds in the shortened version - Oroton logo next to Old Roo….

Logo stood out to me like a sore thumb but guessing its an Oroton staffers mood/pin/design board - cant expect creative types to worry about logos

Great spotting AFFers. :)

We have a long standing relationship with this iconic Australian brand, and some of you may remember that Oroton created amenity kits for us 10 years ago.

The same designers were again consulted to evolve this product offering, and the mood boards include an old logo as a nod to their original work.

Are these 'limited edition' Oroton amenity kits still handed out on the A330's?
They are still advertised on the QF website, but someone told me that they have been discontinued.
If so, what has replaced them?

My AFF profile does not include the ability to copy links, but if you google "QANTAS Oroton" the page will come up as the first unpaid result.

that is the original Qantas media release published 17th JANUARY 2015, and the article is in the media releases archive on the QF site. There are many past articles in the archive. That's what an archive is. Its not an adverstisement. Anyhow, the very nature of them being a 'limited addition' means there were always a finite number available, and the stock is now depleted.
