How did you get this? I received 1 (one) email off Neil after my first purchase and that's it. Does he/the team send emails regularly?Pretty good deal at Qantas Wine via the Wine Advisor service.
Spend $2,000+ and receive a bonus of 30,000 Qantas Points, on top of the standard points per dollar and any bonus points earned.
I found that you could get points for around 1.47 c/pt with this promo, but I'll pass as I don't need the wine or the points at this time.
any verdict whether this is a solid buy?

Much as I love points I also feel life is too short to drink bad wine and for me that’s basically anything but my preferred styles. For me these mixes might have one or two wines I like but far too often there are a lot of fillers included because they have been hard to get rid of (usually fully justified IMO).I just hit purchase on this Winter Warmers dozen to score the bonus 30k points and used a $50 PC voucher to reduce the price slightly.
The value for me is more in the points than the wines as many in the case lean towards being bigger, heavier reds than the more structured wines I prefer. Having said that, I've had the Heirloom Pinot Noir before and thought it was exceptional. And I look forward to trying the Frankland Estate Isolation Ridge Syrah as they're a very consistent brand at all price points.
Don't have work drinks/family functions you can palm them off at? That's where a lot of my Qantas wine ends up.Much as I love points I also feel life is too short to drink bad wine and for me that’s basically anything but my preferred styles.
