How long are you waiting? They tend to arrive a few weeks after the base points (wine and hotels).

Still waiting for referral points to arrive 7 weeks after referred person purchase.

After my last 3 case order arrived at the local distribution centre and I received a delivery notiification, it ended up being sent to Brisbane instead. Now I have had 2 deliveries for only 2 of the 3 cases and no indication my 3rd case is even registered anywhere. Grrrrrrrrrrrr

Order placed 16 June with points credit to QFF on 20 June.

Digging back through my wine orders placed since Nov 2020 (fortunately not an overly lengthy list 😅), QBR points historically posted the same date with QFF points posted on average ~3-4 days later (sometimes 1-2 days, once 10 days).

Have also discovered that two long-term travellers on our QBR account with premium wine membership make occasional Q Wine purchases but we have never had bonus points posted.

I've always had issues with this. I've just given up expecting QBR points for QF wine purchases.

The key process problem is there is no way to enter ABN during checkout/ payment similar to flight bookings. Would then be a simple matching exercise during points processing routine like awarding QFF points.

Super-unclear first point of contact doesn’t help either. It’s not rocket science 🥸

There's an "up to 60% off" points sale currently. Ends Monday 31 July 2023.

I got a St Hallett Old Block 2018, less PCP 10% and PCP $50 voucher for net 688 points.
There was an issue with the system recognising the voucher value - should be 8700 points. I had to call to get the difference credited, which should come through in a couple of days.
Not sure what the QBR credit will be, but for 600+ odd points, this will be a nice one to cellar.
As usual, YMMV.

Curious to see peoples thoughts on this "mystery case". Quoted as $1011 reduced to $300. Certainly has my attention!

Given how Qantas Wine tried to pass off sparkling water as wine in their "staff" wine package previously, I am not sure it's a good idea to go for a mystery case with Qantas Wine regardless of the RRP.....

I got six bottles of sparkling water in my staff wine package but the whole case was refunded (and rightly so) and I didn't have to return anything so maybe give it a whirl
